Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) TMG and the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information.

Since OTN exclusively stores end-to-end encrypted content and we have no plaintext access, content-based review of stored notes is technically impossible. Obligations to remove or block content under general laws remain unaffected — if we become aware of a specific legal violation, the affected record will be deleted immediately.
